In 1993, James S. Faller, II was a stockbroker, working under Bear Stearns, a New York-based global investment bank, securities trading and brokerage firm. Previously he was a licensed engineer in multiple states and worked as an expert witness in construction cases.
One of Mr. Faller's clients, a Canadian financier offered Mr. Faller a job in finance that ultimately led to Mr. Faller blowing the whistle on his employer for ripping off perspective businesses. As Mr. Faller believed the law and the government would protect him, he became a "victim" of an out of control Department of Justice.
Through the process of the investigation, Mr. Faller and his family would suffer the loss of 2 children and the rape of his then 4 year old daughter - as a result of government misconduct.
In addition to the horrors that led to the suffering of Mr. Faller's family, he was tried and convicted of mail-fraud and money-laundering in the Southern District of Florida ("SDFL",) only to have the trial Judge finally admit that Mr. Faller was not guilty and was in-fact; a "victim." The Judge ultimately expressed that the damage to Mr. Faller's family was; "Collateral Damage," he dismissed the restitution and ordered the case files destroyed.
Through the process of the SDFL case, Mr. Faller became involved in multiple cases working for lawyers where he consulted as an expert in how to deal with corruption through methods he developed in his own case. Eventually Mr. Faller worked for 2 judges and began practicing as an Autodidact Lawyer, being admitted into multiple courts, including Courts of foreign nations.
As you might expect, Mr. Faller's expertise is dealing with and fighting corruption within the system at 25 years and counting. He developed methods "outside the box" that became so effective that a presiding state judge who Mr. Faller was investigating, resorted to placing Mr. Faller on a "hit list" when Mr. Faller began to close in on the judge and his accomplices. As a result, the FBI arrested the judge and multiple co-conspirators in a Racketeering Organization the judge was later convicted of. Mr. Faller and his office aided in the judge's prosecution.
As a result of these kinds of events, and many more, Mr. Faller has formed JSFII, L.L.C., to assist in dealing with ongoing corruption and predatorial prosecutions and political tactics.
To get through this, Mr. Faller is an Ordained Minister (Baptist/now, non-denominational). It required every ounce of FAITH to endure the attacks. It also required that same faith to find ways to overcome the attacks of the wicked.
Today, even Atheists Lawyers have referred to Mr. Faller as "the Judicial Job."
